For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.

Returns or refunds may only be considered in the rare case that an item is delivered with a manufacturing defect. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by clear documentation.

Please note that incorrect measurements, sizing selections, or fit preferences are the responsibility of the client, as pieces are produced based on the measurements provided at the time of order.

We ensure that every piece is carefully inspected and delivered in perfect condition before shipment.

Once the item has been delivered and accepted by the client, any resizing, alterations, maintenance, or repair of the piece becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our creations, we recommend handling and storing the garments with the utmost care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

As a result, custom and made-to-order pieces require approximately 3–4 months for production and delivery.

For ready-to-wear pieces that are currently in stock, standard delivery timelines will apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

All designs, patterns, embroideries, visuals, and creative assets associated with our brand are exclusive intellectual property.

Any reproduction, imitation, distribution, or use of our designs, patterns, images, or brand assets without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
