Some collaborations arrive in ways you never expect, and yet they feel deeply aligned with what you believe in.
Our collaboration with Richard Mille was one of those moments.
When the house approached us to create handcrafted Christmas ornaments, the request felt both surprising and meaningful. Richard Mille is a brand known around the world for precision, engineering, and pushing the limits of watchmaking. For them to choose to highlight craft and artisanship through our work was something we received with great pride.
What made this project special was its simplicity.
The ornament was not meant to be a grand object. It was small, delicate, and intimate. Yet inside it lived everything we believe in as a house. Hand embroidery, careful craftsmanship, and the touch of artisans whose hands carry stories within every stitch.
For us, it was a moment where our craft was not only appreciated, but celebrated by a global house that understands the value of mastery and detail.
But something unexpected happened through this collaboration.
While developing the ornament, we experimented with a shape that felt both symbolic and elegant. A form that carried softness, femininity, and a sense of timeless beauty.
That shape became the bow.
What began as a small decorative element quickly revealed itself as something much larger. The bow evolved into one of the most beloved creations of our house. A piece that carries the essence of our brand in a form that is both accessible and meaningful.
Unlike our couture pieces, which often live in special moments and occasions, the bow became something different.
It became a way to carry culture with you every day.
A small object, but one that still carries the language of embroidery, heritage, and craft. A piece that allows our community to experience the brand in a new way, something intimate, something personal.
Looking back, this collaboration will always hold a special place in our journey. Not only because we were honored to work with Richard Mille, but because it gave birth to a creation that continues to live with people in their daily lives.
